Consulting and Coaching
Our standard rate is $250 an hour for consulting or coaching engagements. For on-site work, the minimum is one day of work (8 hours or $2000). If the engagement is further than 50 miles from the consultant's location, travel expenses are billed in addition to the standard rate, and the consultant's time is billed in increments of one day.

An engagement will typically start on-site for 2-5 days. This gives the consultant the opportunity to collect information and make an assessment. After initial in-person meetings, coaching can often be performed by telephone, because a relationship has been established between the coach and the person being coached.

These services are not intended to be long-term contracts. Our goal is to help your team acquire the skills they need to do the job. We want to work our way out of the contract!

Instructor-led Public Courses
For public classes, our standard course rate per person is $500 per day of training, with a minimum of 10 people required to make a class. This rate is inclusive of instructor, materials, meeting room, and lunch.

Instructor-led On Site Courses
On-site rates are discounted because you supply the meeting space. For on-site classes located more than an hour standard travel time from the instructor's location, travel expenses are billed in addition to the standard rates.

Onsite rates vary by number of days and number of delegates. A typical onsite rate is $4000 a day for up to 20 delegates, inclusive of instructor and materials. Contact us about your needs to get specific rates.

Instructor-led Teleseminar Series
Some of our courses are offered in the form of a teleseminar series. These courses are discounted at least 30% because we do not have to hire a meeting place and the instructor does not have to travel. Courses are structured as two meetings a week. The first meeting is a 3-hour instruction with homework assignments for the delegates. The second meeting is a live Q&A where delegates can ask any questions about the course topics. Class meetings are recorded for delegates to download.

These classes are led by the same instructors and include the same materials as the courses held in a physical location. They have proven to be very popular for the delegates because they do not have to travel, if they have to miss a class they can catch up with recordings, and the cost is much less overall.

In addition, delegates who attend the teleseminar courses achieve Alumni status and are invited each year to retake the course free of charge. This is only offered for our teleseminar courses.
