Training Services |
Our trainers are very experienced software engineers with great communication skills, answers to your questions, and the patience to lead a class.
You can hire our trainers to teach classes at your site using our material or yours (additional prep time required if we use your class materials). |
Mentoring Services |
Our mentors are all senior software engineers, experienced in leading
groups in applying technologies such as:
- Using Object Oriented practices to develop software
- Managing projects using iterative processes such as RUP or Agile modeling
- Applying Design Patterns or Refactoring to project development
Our typical engagement is to come to your site a few hours a week
to guide your team in applying the new technologies. We are usually
involved in the early stages of a project. Once your team is comfortable
applying the new technologies, our contract ends. The duration of our contracts is typically
2-3 months.
Our goal is to teach you to use the new technologies, not to apply them for you. |
