RE: A Real, Complete Use Case Requirements Model
From: Geri Schneider Winters
Dear Friend,
You would really like to have a complete Use Case Business Requirements Model for your own use. An example you can refer to, something that shows you what a complete Use Case Business Requirements Model should be.
Now you Can!
Over the years, I have often been asked for a full use case requirements model for a real project. That is obviously really hard for me to provide. But I set aside all my time in September 2010 to produce that for you.
As far as I know, nothing like this is available anywhere. This is over 100 pages of requirements documenting Home Mortgage Loan Processing. 30 use cases, over 80 business rules and supplemental requirements, use case diagrams, class diagrams, and state diagrams. This includes Consumer Loans, Correspondent Loans (Flow, Delegated, and Bulk), and FHA Loans with Third Party Originators and Principal-Authorized Agent relationships.
Having examples of good use cases is important, but it is also important to see a full requirements model - how it is organized, what kinds of requirements are part of it, and how to show the relationships between the requirements.
No one else offers this - it is just too expensive to produce!
But I created it anyway, because I thought it was too important for you to have it.
Even experienced BA's like having this kind of example. I know I use my own previous work when starting a project. It is so much easier to copy, paste, and edit than to start with nothing.
In addition to the PDF book, I am also giving you the UML model file created in Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect (not free, but the reader for the model is free). You can use this Use Case Business Requirements Model as a starting point for your own projects. Even if your project is not in Home Mortgage Loan Processing, you may still see patterns or specific requirements that remind you of things to include in your own projects.
Click here to buy the package for just $27.

This package is worth FAR MORE than my asking price. It represents about a month of my time full-time. What is a month of your time worth? Even though it is very unlikely you can use this model for a project with no changes, what is it worth to you to save a month of work? If you never use it for a project, what is it worth to you to see a complete requirements model as an example to help you do your own projects? What is it worth to be able to copy examples as a starting point?
Then why am I selling it for so little? Becuase I think it is really important that you have good examples to learn from. If enough people tell me I am selling it too cheap, then I will raise the price. But for now, you get this Use Case Business Requirements Model at a really great price.
I want this Package for just $27!

I realize some of you do not know me well. I have been in the software industry for over 20 years in a wide variety of roles. I alternate over the years between working on project teams, consulting, coaching, and training. I work as a BA, mentor and train BA's, and hire BA's for project teams. You can find out a lot about me through an online search, and I encourage you to do so. I do have a lot of experience, but even more important are the results my clients get from my work:
"Geri not only has the broad skill set, the deep knowledge of all aspects of software development and requirements, but she also combines these with a rare gift for communication with both business and highly technical audiences."
"I would recommend Geri and Wyyzzk for any requirements or development-related work. She really delivers value for your money and does what's needed to be successful. You can hardly ask for more."
Andrew Midkiff
You may be thinking that it is good that I have a lot of experience and am good at
my job, but can I teach?
"Geri's OOA/OOD/Rose class is by unanimous acclamation the best training experience we have ever had."
"Her practical tool-based knowledge is flawless, exceeded only by the depth and breadth of her theoretical understanding and insight. A great communicator to boot!"
Douglas Nash
My teleseminar students say this about my training:
"Your class has been very helpful and I am already putting things I have learned to good use."
"Thank you again for all your help!"
Jodi Wright
"And trust me, that's about the *only* thing that could've kept me outta your class."
"Just wanted to let you know I will not be on tomorrow's webinar session because.... ... I'll be in an interview for a BA position! Hooray!"
Karen Ciocchi
If you are not satisfied with the package within the first 30 days, send me an email and I will refund your purchase price. Of course I expect you to delete all the materials that you downloaded. But then if you are disatisfied, why would you keep them around?
All that for just $27. Buy now!

Looking forward to hearing from you,
